We gladly let you, our customers, to try your purchases in the comfort of your own home.  This policy outlines our returns, exchanges and refunds policy.
By processing your payment with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 5 days of receiving the original item/s. This credit note will appear in your online Caoros customer account. PLEASE NOTE THAT CAOROS DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • Caoros does not accept returns for swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, belts and accessories inc bags and sale items.
  • Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition. This includes packaging, tags and your packing slip. Caoros reserves the right to deny a credit note if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)


SALE ITEMS

  • Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • All of our prices are listed in Philippines Peso (PHP) unless the currency has been changed and all include GST.  We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by human error, something has been listed incorrectly, Caoros reserve the right to amend prices. Caoros also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavor to contact you and inform you of any pricing changes and from there, and you may choose to accept the new price or cancel your order.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • Caoros makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full store credit for the out of stock item.

FAULTS

  • All orders shipped from Caoros HQ are thoroughly inspected for any faults before dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them. Email love@caoros.com with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
  • Caoros does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Caoros reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, due to low probability of fault after close inspection in the warehouse.
  • If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a store credit. 

DELIVERY DAMAGE

  • We use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies, so damage during transit is rare.  Please email us at love@caoros.com photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package.   

YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM

  • If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please email us at love@caoros.com with any concerns and we will send you further information on how to proceed. Caoros will cover all fees incurred in the process of exchange where receipts can be shown with exact costs (e.g. shipping costs returning incorrect item back to Caoros HQ). If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
  • When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
